Support Office / Business analyst for Compliance Lisbon Hub Full-time

Initiated by the Compliance to meet commitment made to K2 / regulators, EP and STAR tools are providing compliance officers several majors services, in particular to financial security teams.


These tools (3000 users) bring opportunity to follow AML cases, declare ?suspicious activity reports? (SAR) to French regulator and gather the international SAR, centralize and monitor financial security communications and decisions of the entire group.


To fulfil the run and the support of these tools, Industrialization CRT seeks to extend its partnership with Lisbon team and currently kicks off the creation of a Support team, which will handle those responsibilities.


In this frame, CRT would like to recruit one Support Officer to be the first entry point between Paris and Lisbon, to build a team that will growth to two people.


ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Reporting hierarchically to the CPL Lisbon Hub CRT Indus Team Leader within the Transversal teams and Management Support Department at Compliance Hub Lisbon and, functionally, to the Investigation and Transversal Tools Team Manager, within Central Compliance organization in Paris.


  • Provide strong Functional User support


    • Develop knowledge on both tools in order to become quickly autonomous


    • Bring the first (on simple subjects/functions) or N2 level of Support (advanced comprehension of the tools)


    • Manage the subjects that may be escalated to Product owners in appropriate situation (bug management/subjects close to incidents)


  • Manage extra high level topics on the perimeter

    • The Support officer will handle ?pain point? communications from users, as well as the requests for enhancement that could help improve/simplify the process/tools, and address them accordingly to the product owners


    • The Support team is also the entry point for post deployment/technical intervention testing phases (scheduled or not)


    • The Support officer will finally be in charge of the global communication management (BAU/incident or new communication if necessary)


  • Act as entry point for the Access right management of the tools


    • Manage the global Access right topics and provide support in the identification of appropriate jurisdictions for users. The team is also in charge to manage ad hoc registering files


    • Manage Sailpoint/MyAccess tickets raised and be able to bring a ?level 0? support on these tools


    • Conduct the periodic access rights review as the products are not fully onboarded into an IAM tool


    • Manage associated mailing diffusion lists


PROFILE


  • Bachelor / Master?s Degree


  • 3 to 5 years? experience - IT mindset would be a plus


  • Operational experience in project management


  • Service oriented mindset


  • Excellent organizational and time management skills


  • Fluent in French and Average in English or Average in French and Fluent in English


  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)


  • Knowledge of JIRA tracking tools would be a plus
