    • You have successfully completed your studies in the field of economics with a focus on human resources;

    • You have professional experience in personnel and finance administration, ideally in an international environment;

    • You have very good MS Office user knowledge;

    • You have very good written and spoken English skills;

  • responsabilidades

      • Advice and support for employees and managers in HR matters relating to day-to-day operations;
      • Very close collaboration with HR Manager and our provider for Payroll and administration in all HR-relevant subject areas;
      • Supporting managers in personnel and organizational issues as well as the responsibility for the related administrative steps;
      • Contact person for the personnel service providers and external institutions;
      • Responsible for the recruitment process (e.g. advertising, applicant management, interviewing) and the hiring of temporary staff;
      • Continuous review and improvement of HR processes;
      • Administrative control and support of Key HR processes;
      • General Admin support;
      • Special tasks and projects as assigned;

    • Fleet
      • Responsible for fleet management (Acceptance, checking and forwarding of vehicle orders and individual leasing contracts)
      • Calculation of employee shares based on predefined factors;
      • Coordination of vehicle delivery and return;
      • Daily checking of incoming invoices and penalty notices;
      • Administrative processing of vehicle damage;
      • Administration, issue and cost control of fuel cards;
      • Regular updating of the vehicle list, in particular the leasing factors;
      • Master and transaction data maintenance of the Fleet+ fleet software
      • Management of pool vehicles
      • Ensuring DOA-compliant processing of contracts. Orders and invoices as well as compliance with the 4-eye-principle
      • Checking and follow-up of the automated driver's license control

    • Insurance
      • Responsibility for all insurance within the company in cooperation with an external broker;
      • (e.g. transport, property and liability programs) as well as insurance master agreements; i.e. contract management, premium allocation, claims handling as well as ensuring and maintaining regular controlling and reporting;
      • Regular analysis of insurance needs and ensuring current insurance coverage;
      • Analysis and procurement of insurance solutions for project inquiries;
      • Insurance market monitoring with support of the broker (on the product and insurer side);
      • Prompt and professional support of the business units in all insurance-related matters;
      • Claims handling in cooperation with the business units;
